TASTING NOTES
This wine is the pale straw in colour with green hues. Aromas of melon, peach and stonefruit fill the nose. The palate follows on from the aromas - stonefruits are present initially with lemon myrtle and grapefruit, before the creamy orange pannacotta finish. Spicy mussels with Soba noodles are a great combination with this wine, but really it works well with a variety of shellfish dishes.
