Made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from Mount Barker, West Cape Howe Regional Old School Chardonnay features a light to medium straw colour. The lovely bouquet exudes aromas of fresh and toasty French oak, with light buttery characters. The delicious fruit flavours on the textured palate are made complex by the toasty oak, but are balanced by gentle acidity on the finish. Having a cellaring potential of 5 years, Old School Chardonnay can be enjoyed with pork, or fishes like salmon and tuna.
