Tolpuddle Pinot Noir
TASTING NOTES
The palate is packed with everything you expect in a world-class Pinot Noir; a dance of juicy cherries, warm spice, forest floor and mushroom umami character, gamey roast meats and a delicate bouquet of violets is drawn together by velvety tannic structure and a wonderful acidity. All grapes were hand-picked and fermented using a small percentage of whole bunch in an open fermenter. The wine was gently punched down and pumped over through fermentation and aged for 10 months in French oak (33% new French Oak).
