Produced at the Porongurup distillery - the newest distillery opened by Great Southern Distilling - and using 100% Western Australian grains, this rye whisky is unlike most American Rye Whiskies. A mash bill of 60% Rye and maturation in American oak results in a subtly spiced dram with some floral notes
