Tahbilk Wines is a family owned wine estate, run by the third and fourth generation Purbrick family members. The company was established in 1860, and its first vintage was released in 1861. In 1925, the company was facing hard times to sustain when Reginald Purbrick purchased it. Seven years later, his son, Eric decided to revive the past reputation of the winery.

Tahbilk Estate Shiraz features a dark purple colour lined by garnet hues. This beautiful Shiraz flaunts scintillating aromas and rich flavours of plum, blackberry, mulberry, anise, spice and black pepper. Dry black tea tannins integrate with these fruity characters to offer a savoury and supple finish.
