Rosily Vineyard Margaret River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2025 - 12 Bottles

Winery Overview & Region

Rosily Vineyard is an estate winery based in Margaret River, WA. The vineyard was first planted in the mid-1990s using cuttings from nearby renowned vineyards. All wines are estate-grown, organically farmed (certified since 2017) and aim to reflect the unique coastal terroir of Wilyabrup.

Blend & Winemaking

The grapes are handled to preserve aromatic lift and acidity. Some batches may see partial barrel fermentation or neutral oak to add subtle texture, but the overall style aims at freshness and varietal character.

Tasting Notes

  • Aroma: Vibrant citrus and tropical notes, lime, passionfruit, possibly green pineapple, with fresh herbaceous and grassy undertones.

  • Palate: Light to medium body, crisp acidity, zesty citrus and tropical fruit flavours, herbal freshness, clean finish. May show a touch of mineral or subtle oak-derived depth depending on vintage.

Key Characteristics

  • Refreshing, aromatic white blend typical of Margaret River

  • Bright acidity, vibrant fruit, easy-drinking and versatile

  • Excellent value for a well-made estate blend

Food Pairing

Shellfish, oysters, light fish dishes, salads, goat’s cheese, vegetarian fare — ideal chilled on a warm day or for casual gatherings.
