Winemaking Process
The DJ Reserve Cabernet spent 18 months in French oak, around 30% of which was new. This approach lends the wine depth, subtle spice, and age-worthy tannin structure, while allowing the varietal’s purity of fruit to shine.

Tasting Notes
Rich aromas of cassis, blackberry, smoked meats, and coffee grinds lead into a palate layered with mint, dark cherry, blackcurrant, and subtle anise. The tannins are fine yet powerful, giving way to a long finish that combines fruit intensity with savoury complexity.
