The 2023 vintage in Tumbarumba was shaped by cool, elevated growing conditions. Low yields meant greater concentration, resulting in a dry Gewürztraminer that’s fresh, vibrant and full of clarity.

Winemaking Process

Grapes from Block C11B were harvested with precision and handled gently to preserve inherent perfumed character. Fermentation and ageing were focused on minimal intervention to retain a dry, slatey expression true to Tumbarumba terroir.
