This Lowland Single Malt is the first whisky to be produced at the site of Lindores Abbey, since the earliest reference to distilling whisky there was discovered dating to 1494. It’s a whisky that’s young and fresh, aged for around 4 years in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels, ex-wine barriques and ex-Sherry butts, there’s a lot of developed flavours to create a balanced and distinctive single malt whisky.
