Kujira Ryukyu Whisky 10 Year Old White Oak Virgin Cask (700mL)

This Kujira Ryukyu whisky is an exquisite example of the local style of Awamori from the region of Okinawa, made by the Masahiro Distillery. Traditionally fermented with black Kojii, this non-chill filtered whisky is aged in virgin white oak casks for 10 years in the sub-tropical marine environment of Japan’s southernmost Islands, accelerating the maturation process and creating complex acidic and delicate sweet oak flavours.
