At once graceful and refined, the concentration of fruit flavours and fine tannin ensure a fierce, and powerful finish. Wine Notes Hand harvested from the middle and top sections of our Grenache block, perfectly ripe fruit was crushed to an open fermenter over a 25% whole bunch component. This wild yeast ferment was left on skins and gently plunged twice a day for 10 days, before being pressed and sent to seasoned French oak for just 9 months maturation to retain freshness and subtlety in the wine.
