Hollick Coonawarra Pinot Noir 2022 - 6 Bottles
Winery Background
Hollick Estates is a boutique winery located on the famed terra rossa soils of the Coonawarra region in South Australia. Founded in the 1970s, Hollick has built its reputation on vineyardâfocused wines that reflect the unique soil, climate, and winemaking craftsmanship of this prestigious region. The Bard range is their more accessible label, offering wines designed for flavour, drinkability, and regional character.
Vineyards & Vintage Conditions
The 2022 vintage blends bright, vibrant fruit from newer clone 114 plantings with the structure and complexity of old-vine Pinot. Following the excellent 2021 vintage, the 2022 season continued to showcase the potential of Coonawarra for producing quality Pinot Noir.
Winemaking
Crafted from estate-grown fruit, the Pinot Noir underwent traditional winemaking techniques to preserve its delicate aromas and flavours. The wine was fermented in small batches to ensure optimal extraction and then aged in French oak barrels to enhance its complexity and texture.
