The luscious grapes used to create Four Sisters Sauvignon Blanc were picked during the cool of night, crushed, and then pressed. The resulting wine shows a pale straw colour accompanied by bright green hues. This wonderful Sauv Blanc flaunts an aromatic bouquet and juicy palate full of gooseberry, passionfruit and lemon citrus characters. These fragrances and flavours fuse together to culminate the wine in a crisp and refreshing finish.
