Edenvale Non-Alc Pinot Gris is a beautifully balanced Australian Pinot Gris, bursting with juicy notes of ripe stone fruit, apricot, and poached pear. Its luscious and fruity profile is complemented by the classic 'Gris' mouthfeel. Established in 2006, Edenvale recognised a market niche for sophisticated alcohol-free drinks and developed a unique process using spinning cone column technology to remove alcohol while preserving varietal-specific tastes and aromas. This de-alcoholised wine is made primarily from grape juice concentrate (approximately 6%), with less than 0.5% alcohol content. It is vegan, gluten-free, and sourced from a certified sustainable vineyard, embodying Edenvale's commitment to quality and sustainability.
