Made from a blend of three grape varieties, Quebranta, Italia and Torontel, each bringing subtle different aroma and flavour notes to this Acholado style of pisco, that is light and delicate in flavour with excellent minerality and soft floral notes. Can be enjoyed as a long drink with apple and tonic or in a refreshing Pisco Sour.
