From Liquor Loot ex-team member, Tim Laferla and his partner Pia over at Damaged Goods Distilling Co.Ā This innovative expression takes cues from classic ItalianĀ Aperitivo but is unlike anything we've tasted before.
The distillery has a focus on sustainability and the apple pulp used in it's production are rescued from a local cidery before blending with bittering botanicals and spices.
We love this in a classic Spritz but highly recommend switching out the prosecco for sparkling cider.Ā Ā
