Credaro Wines, a boutique family-owned estate in Margaret River, is renowned for producing small-batch, premium wines that express elegance, balance, and regional character. The Five Tales series highlights the best vineyard blocks, capturing purity and precision in both reds and whites.

Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
The 2025  Chardonnay was sourced from select Margaret River vineyards, planted on gravelly soils with cool maritime influences. The vintage featured mild, consistent weather, allowing the grapes to develop bright acidity, delicate aromatics, and layered flavour.

Winemaking Process
Hand-harvested fruit was gently pressed, with fermentation carried out in a combination of French oak and stainless steel to preserve freshness while adding texture. Extended lees contact contributed complexity, depth, and a creamy mouthfeel.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw in colour with subtle golden highlights. Aromas of citrus blossom, white peach, and nectarine are layered with hints of toasted almond and flinty minerality. The palate is vibrant and finely structured, showing stone fruit, subtle oak spice, and a long, elegant finish.
