Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2022 vintage benefited from a cool growing season, allowing the Grenache grapes to develop aromatic complexity and balanced acidity. The McLaren Vale region, known for its Mediterranean climate, provided ideal conditions for this variety, resulting in grapes that express the region's unique characteristics.

Winemaking

The grapes were handpicked and gently pressed to retain their delicate flavours. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit profile. The wine was then aged on its lees to enhance texture and mouthfeel, resulting in a wine that is both refreshing and complex.
