How do you ensure the wine is shipped safely?
We use specialized, high-durability cardboard packaging and protective inserts designed specifically for glass bottles to prevent breakage during transit.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid photo ID and sign for any shipment containing alcohol.
What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?
If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or a replacement bottle.
Which states do you currently ship to?
We ship to most states within the US; however, due to varying state laws, we cannot ship to Utah, Mississippi, or Alabama at this time.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our cellar, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or case purchases?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing and significant discounts when you purchase cases of 6 or 12 bottles. Check the product pages for specific bulk savings.
